Rates & Policies
All rates are subject to change and are based on calendar dates booked. Overnight care is included through the final booked date.
Pet & House Sitting (In Your Home)
- 1–5 pets: $60 per calendar date booked
- 6–9 pets, puppies, or pets that can’t be left alone: $80 per calendar date booked
- 10–15 pets: $100 per calendar date booked
- 15+ pets, kennels, mini farms, or complicated packs: $120 per calendar date booked
Drop-In Visit Rates
- Standard Drop-In: $30 per visit booked
- Longer Visits (2–5 hours): Refer to pet/house-sitting rates ($60, $80, $100, $120)
Booking Policy
- All booking requests must be sent by text or written message for documentation.
- Deposit required: A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings, including drop-ins and any date changes. No deposit = no booking. I do not hold dates without payment.
- Date changes are treated as cancellations and require a new deposit.
Deposits & Payments
- Remaining balance is due on the first booking date and must be paid in full.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in forfeiture of all future bookings.
- An invoice will be provided showing your total amount and required deposit. Updated invoices are sent when deposits are paid and to reflect remaining balance.
Deposit Amounts (Pet/House Sitting)
- Up to 7 days: $60, $80, $100, or $120 (based on the nightly rate)
- 8–14 days: $120, $160, $200, or $240
- 15–21 days: $180, $240, $300, or $300+ (longer than 21 days may increase accordingly)
Deposit Amounts (Drop-In Visits)
- Standard visits: $10 per visit booked
- Longer visits (2+ hours): $20 per visit booked
Cancellations & Consistent Changes
- If you cancel within 2 weeks or less of your booking, the remaining balance is still due in full since those dates were reserved for you.
- If you fail to pay the balance after cancellation, all future bookings will be terminated and deposits forfeited.
- I reserve the right to drop clients who repeatedly cancel or change dates.
Final Day Policy
- Overnight care is included throughout your booking, except on the final date.
- On the last booked calendar date, I stay until you return home or until you release me before you arrive.
- If I leave by 6:00 AM on the final day, no charge applies for that date. If I stay past 6:00 AM, the full daily rate applies.
If I Have to Cancel
- If I must cancel 2 weeks before a stay, your deposit will be refunded and you’ll receive a $200 credit toward your next booking.
- If I must leave during a stay due to an unforeseen emergency, all booking fees will be refunded in full.
Emergency Backup Sitter
Because life is unpredictable, all clients must provide an emergency backup person who can care for pets if I cannot return in an emergency. If you cannot provide a backup sitter, I cannot accept you as a client and no bookings will be scheduled.
Client Responsibilities
- Leave written or typed instructions for feeding, medications, and daily routines.
- Provide adequate food, litter, medications, and supplies for the duration of the booking.
- Contact your vet before your trip to: authorize me to seek emergency care if needed and set up payment arrangements directly with the vet.
- I am not responsible for vet bills, illness, injury, escapes, or death that occur despite proper care and supervision.

I am insured and bonded and have never had to use it in all my years of pet sitting. My goal is to provide peace of mind while you’re away and to ensure your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for.
